4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Digital products (such as Excel templates) are sold through Payhip. All transactions are securely processed via Payhip.

• Freelance services are available through:

  • Upwork — with payments handled securely via the Upwork platform and subject to their terms.

  • Direct booking — with full payment required in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. Services will only begin once payment has been received and confirmed.

• Refund Policy:

  • All sales are final.

    • No refunds will be provided for digital products once the download link has been delivered.

    • No refunds will be provided for freelance services once the service has been confirmed or payment received.

  • You are responsible for reviewing all product or service descriptions before making a purchase.

All content (including designs, Excel templates, and written content) is protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, sell, or share any digital product or service deliverable without our written consent.
